Call for Papers

Paper Submission Guidelines:

  • The Conference invites academicians, practicing professionals, and researchers to participate by sharing their thoughts on the themes.
  • Only original, unpublished work is sought. Any proposal submitted to present identical or substantially similar work already published, under review for another conference or publication will not be considered.
  • In the covering letter, accompanying the manuscript, the contributors should certify that the manuscript has neither been published anywhere nor is being considered presently anywhere for publication.
  • Abstract (upto 500 words) has to be submitted at the time of Registration with 3 to 5 Key words.
  • Paper Submission should include a separate title page, which clearly indicates the name(s) of the author(s), affiliation(s), complete mailing address(es), telephone/fax numbers and e‐mail address(es), title of the paper with 3 to 5 keywords that describe the paper.
  • Paper should be submitted on gcemp2k24@ganpatuniversity.ac.in by given dates.
  • For preparation of the manuscript, the author(s) are requested to follow APA Citation Style. Please check the URL:http://www.library.cornell.edu/newhelp/res‐strategy /citing/apa.html
  • The complete paper should reach us latest by February 10, 2025 in Microsoft Word Format only.
  • Few selected papers would be considered for publication in the form of a book to be published on the occasion and/or in the Institute Journal.
  • All the authors, in the case of co‐authored papers, must pre‐register for the conference, and at least one author has to present the paper.

Formatting Instruction For Full Paper:

  • Font Style: Times New Roman
  • Font size: 12
  • Paragraph Spacing: 1.5 line spacing
  • Page Layout Orientation: Portrait
  • Page Layout margin: all around 2.54 cm

Page Layout Size: A4 and Single Column:

  • The file name should be name of first author and title
  • All headings must be capital and bold and 16 Font size.
  • All sub-headings must be bold and 14 Font Size.
  • All Graphs, tables and figures, sequentially numbered must be appended at the end of the paper after the references section.
  • Please clearly mention in the text a preferred location for the table,graphs and charts.
  • All charts, tables and figures must be in an edit-able format.
    1. Along with the research paper, the candidate has to submit a plagiarism report with a similarity index less than 20%.
    2. The complete paper and plagiarism report should reach us at Email address gcemp@ganpatuniversity.ac.in latest by 10th February, 2025 in Microsoft Word Format only.
    3. All the abstracts will be published in Samkshipti” Few selected papers would be considered for publication in the form of a book to be published on the occasion and/or in the Institute Journal.
    4. All authors have to pre‐register for the conference through an online registration link.

Review Criteria:

– The abstract must include a clear indication of the objectives, methodology, major results, implications, and key references. All abstracts will be subject to blind review and only those abstracts approved by the reviewers will be selected.

– The criteria for evaluation by the reviewers are as follows:

  • Relevance: Does the subject of the paper appeal to the interests of the conference attendees?
  • Methodology: Does the paper use sound and appropriate method (s)?
  • Originality: Does the paper add new findings, insights, or knowledge to the body of literature?
  • Research: Does the paper compare and weigh the material against the work of others?
  • Conclusions: Are the conclusions sounds and justified as per the problem discussion?
  • Policy/ Managerial Implications: Are the policy implications relevant and useful for the problem demonstrated?
  • References: Are the references relevant and adequate (for full paper only)?
